I’ve been sort of busy in the last 8 months or so. Sold my condo and moved into a house with a big enough basement to setup my gym with all the equipment I had accumulated. Added a power rack. And looking to add a few more pieces that my gym-gym does have. But that’s to come a tad later.
What I want to do is to get back into programming my own functional training workouts. Those are fun because I get to try new exercises and keep things interesting. The challenge though is having to remember all the exercises that I discover that I’d like to try. There are so many of them, and often lose track of them. So I decided to keep track of them here. So what I hope to do is put up regular posts of all the exercises that I discover that I might think you will find interesting. So keep an eye out for them soon.
